If the booking is cancelled 30 days or more before the commencement of the trip, 50% of the total booking value will be charged as cancellation fees. If the booking is cancelled 15–30 days before the commencement of the trip, 75% of the total booking value will be charged as cancellation fees. If the booking is cancelled within 0–15 days before the commencement of the trip, 100% of the total booking value will be charged as cancellation fees. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. In such cases, the operator will make best efforts to provide a suitable alternative activity wherever feasible. No refund will be applicable for the cancelled activity.
