If the cancellation is made 30 days or more before the start date of the trip, 50% of the total booking value will be charged as cancellation fees. If the cancellation is made between 15 to 30 days before the start date of the trip, 75% of the total booking value will be charged as cancellation fees. If the cancellation is made within 0 to 15 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of the total booking value will be charged as cancellation fees. In case of unforeseen weather conditions, natural calamities, or government restrictions, certain activities may be cancelled. In such situations, the operator will make reasonable efforts to provide a feasible alternative activity, subject to availability. No refund will be applicable for cancelled activities under such circumstances.

Weather in Manali and snow regions can be cold—please carry warm clothing, jackets, gloves, woollen caps, and comfortable shoes. Snow activities at Solang / Rohtang / Gulaba are subject to weather conditions and local authority permissions. Wear comfortable walking shoes for sightseeing and local market visits. Keep essential medicines and personal prescriptions handy. Avoid carrying heavy luggage; soft bags or medium suitcases are recommended for bus travel. Follow the instructions of the tour coordinator and local authorities for your safety.
