If the booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to the tour start date, 50% of the total booking value will be charged as cancellation fees. If the booking is cancelled between 15 to 29 days prior to the tour start date, 75% of the total booking value will be charged as cancellation fees. If the booking is cancelled within 0 to 14 days prior to the tour start date, 100% of the total booking value will be charged as cancellation fees. In case of unforeseen circumstances such as adverse weather conditions, natural calamities, or government restrictions, certain activities or services may be cancelled. In such situations, the tour operator will make reasonable efforts to provide a suitable alternative wherever feasible. No refund will be applicable for services affected due to such circumstances.

For visits to high-altitude destinations like Sonamarg and Gulmarg, move at a relaxed pace and stay well hydrated. Pony rides, Gondola rides, and local sightseeing in certain areas are subject to weather conditions and local regulations. Mobile network connectivity may be limited in some regions; inform family members in advance. Respect local customs, culture, and religious sentiments; dress modestly while visiting religious places and villages. Avoid carrying drones, walkie-talkies, or satellite phones, as special permissions are required. Always follow instructions given by your driver, guide, and local authorities for a safe and smooth travel experience. Keep some cash handy, as digital payments may not be accepted everywhere.
